Q: Is this for real? Can I really sell an investment for cash?
A: This is 100% legitimate. There are plenty of investors willing to assume some risk in exchange
for a good investment.

Q:How do I know this is legitimate, safe, and secure?
A: I do not handle the transaction of your note. I simply connect note sellers with eager investors.
Your actual transaction will take place through an secure escrow company of your choice.

Q:Can I select any escrow company?
A:Yes, you may feel most comfortable using the same escrow company you've used in the past,
or simply select one from your local phone book.

Q:Other than cash in hand are there other benefits to selling my note?
A:There are many reasons to sell, no more worries about payment defaults, property damage, IRS tax reporting, or problems associated with a deadbeat payor.

Q:How do I get started selling my note?
A:Print out the appropriate questioneer, fill it out and fax it in. I will retrieve a quote
on the cash value of your note in today's market.

Q:Do I need to fill out the entire questioneer?
A:It is not possible to accurately quote on a note without the completed questioneer.
Investors will not pay cash for any note they are not comfortable buying.

Q:How long until I will get my cash?
A:Usually within a few weeks if the closing goes smoothly. The faster the paperwork
is completed, the better for both parties.

Q:Why was the quote so low?
A:You must remember you are being quoted on today's cash out price. The investor will have
to wait out the duration of the note to profit from this investment.

Q:What if I'm not ready to sell right now?
A:This is not a problem, but please retain your completed questioneer
because you will have to be re-quoted when you decide to sell in the future.
